1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement with okibet and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming activities. You further warrant that you are not self-excluded from gaming activities through PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming services on okibet, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to provide accurate information or to update changed information may result in immediate account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until such information is corrected and verified.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) okibet account. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, you must immediately notify okibet customer support. okibet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized account access that results from your negligence.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine banking laws, okibet is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of address (such as utility bills or bank statements), and any other documentation reasonably requested by okibet for verification purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension. okibet reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to comply with regulatory requirements or to investigate suspicious activity. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Payment Methods

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

You agree that all funds deposited into your okibet account originate from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of criminal activity. okibet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts showing unusual transaction patterns or large transaction volumes.

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted to prevent the okibet platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Suspicious transactions or patterns may be reported to Philippine authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.2 Prohibited Activities

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the okibet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of okibet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any okibet content without express written permission.

The okibet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks owned by okibet or licensed for use. Unauthorized use of okibet trademarks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

okibet collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using okibet services, you consent to such collection and processing. 13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute with okibet shall be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against okibet.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

15. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party without okibet's prior written consent. okibet may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party at its sole discretion, including in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
